We continuously strive to improve our customers’ experience and speed up shipment preparation even further. From now on, you will find a new section in your account where you can save package dimensions.
Do you send many parcels with the same dimensions? No problem!
From now on, you will not need to enter them every time - just create a My Package profile. You will be able to create an unlimited number of packages.
After logging in to your account, you will see a new section: My Packages ↓
- By clicking the Add new package button, you can create a profile for a package you use often and select it in the Send parcel calculator.
- If you tick "Set as default package", the dimensions of this package will always be displayed on the calculator page.
- You can edit or delete saved packages by clicking Edit next to the relevant package row.
- You can select saved packages in the calculator by clicking the "My Package" button next to the package type selection.
- If you have ticked "Set as default package", the package dimensions will be filled in automatically when the page loads.
*Please note: if you do not see the icon on the main page, we recommend clearing your browser cookies. In Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Internet Explorer you can do this by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Delete. In Safari, go to Settings -> Privacy -> Manage Website Data -> Remove all.
